What does it take to sign up?
A: Click the "Let's Talk" button and provide your basic details. You’ll then be able to choose a time to talk with a Property Specialist who will walk you through the sign up process step by step.
What is included in your services?
A: AllSet will help create your Airbnb property profile, shoot professional photography, communicate with guests throughout their stay, clean your home (yes, all cleaning is included), and restock basic necessities (soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies). We also coordinate key handoffs or digital lock codes and provide concierge services for your guests.
What do you charge?
A: AllSet has the most straightforward and transparent fee structure in the industry. We charge a flat fee % of your Airbnb or VRBO bookings, and you don’t pay any fees until your property is rented and you get paid. Speak with a Property Specialist to get our latest rates for your area.
How does AllSet get paid?
A: AllSet is fully integrated with your property profile. The Airbnb or VRBO proceeds go into our trust account and you are paid monthly via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
When do I get paid?
A: You will receive your month ETF by the 7th of the following month.
What if my property isn't set up to have guests yet?
A: AllSet specializes in bringing homes into the sharing economy that otherwise wouldn’t or couldn’t be there. Let a Property Specialist know about your particular situation and we will work to meet your needs. We offer furniture rental, lock smithing, staging and handyman services that will turn your empty apartment into a fully furnished and ready to list home.
What if I want to use my property for myself or my friends occasionally?
A: Working with AllSet means that you can continue to use your home when you need to. You will simply log into your owner portal and reserved the dates. We’ll even clean and restock it after you leave!
How will guests find my property profile?
A: We create an engaging VRBO and Airbnb profile for your home and fill it with eye catching professional photos. We help create memorable guest experiences that earn five star ratings to maximize traffic to your property’s profile.
How is nightly rate pricing handled for my property?
A: We contract with top talent from the hospitality industry to constantly adjust pricing in sync with local events, hotel occupancy rates, and traffic patterns.
Who will stay at my property?
A: We apply guest screening criteria on your profile to ensure peace of mind. We also have a guest registration portal that guests must complete after booking to verify their identity.
