What does it take to sign up?

What is included in your services?

AllSet will help create your Airbnb property profile, shoot professional photography, communicate with guests throughout their stay, clean your home (yes, all cleaning is included), and restock basic necessities (soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies). We also coordinate key handoffs or digital lock codes and provide concierge services for your guests.

What do you charge?

We charge a percent off of your revenue from every single booking. That commission percentage is determined by the level of service you are looking for.

How does AllSet get paid?

The Airbnb, Vrbo, and booking.com proceeds go into our trust account and you are paid monthly via electronic funds transfer (ETF).

What if my property isn't set up to have guests yet?

What if I want to use my property for myself or my friends occasionally?

Working with AllSet means that you can continue to use your home when you need to. You will simply log into your owner portal and reserved the dates. We’ll even clean and restock it after you leave!

How will guests find my property profile?

We create an engaging listing for your home and fill it with eye-catching professional photos. We help create memorable guest experiences that earn five star ratings to maximize traffic to your property’s profile.

How is nightly rate pricing handled for my property?

Our revenue management team monitors each unit’s performance using the most advanced pricing algorithm in the industry. This algorithm, similar to those used by hotels and airlines, adjusts pricing dynamically based on local events, hotel occupancy, availability, traffic patterns, and more.

Who will stay at my property?

We apply guest screening criteria on your profile to ensure peace of mind. We also have a guest registration portal that guests must complete after booking to verify their identity.
